Office of Collections operates solely as a collection agent under the laws of Queensland, Australia. Our services are limited to lawful debt collection communications conducted via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
We do not undertake face-to-face collections, field visits, repossessions, enforcement of security interests, process serving, or legal document delivery.
We do not receive or hold debtor funds in trust. All payments must be made directly to our client in accordance with the payment instructions provided.
All activities are conducted in compliance with applicable Queensland and Commonwealth legislation.
